A unique testing facility is also available employing our in-house test bed at the Mallusk site. Full load testing at 50-60 cycles, from 0-6.6KV ensures that a comprehensive test range is covered. With a vertical and horizontal test configuration ability, most small and large AC/DC machines can be tested. Flash testing to 25KV, El-Cid testing, Dailectric analysis, and Ring-flux testing techniques are all employed to guarantee consistant quality performance from all rewound or refurbished machines. A DC test ability up to 600v and 1000amps can also be carried out.
